Crimitism

Alright, Alex, I won't do anything that people might like ever again because it's unfair on you. You've successfully emotionally blackmailed someone out of doing something they cared about because it wasn't entirely for your benefit. You must be so proud.

Ptolemy Arcade

Posted by Richie on February 5, 2011

While missing for four months in an inhospitable, uncharted bureaucracy somewhere in Melbourne, D-list media criticism blogger Richard Pilbeam uncovered a startling artefact: a stone stele dated February 3rd, 2011. On one side was a self-serving non-apology from Penny Arcade, delivered over half a year after it could possibly have been of any use to anybody. On the other side, an identical inscription written in Ancient Greek.

Putting to one side his perpetually-unfinished attempt to find anything even remotely constructive to say about Season 5 of Doctor Who, Pilbeam spent much of the day translating Gabe and Tycho’s vacuous, egotistical brainfarts into modern English.

What follows are reproductions of the original text, with his annotations in red size 12 Courier.

Readers unfamilliar with this period may wish to consult the timeline of events available here.
